Professional Development for Organisations Workshops

Horses are herd animals and have interchangeable roles in the herd that are very similar to roles that humans have, both in the work force, at home and in social organisation.   By observing the herd and being around horse we learn about ourselves and the roles we play at work.

Roles  -  Learning from the horse herd -  styles of leadership passive, aggressive and assertive leadership, roles in herd and how they relate to human behaviour

Confidence Building - Developing a connection with the horses through the programme is a proven way to develop confidence

Personal  Space and Boundary Setting - Observing the horses boundaries learning how to manage your boundaries

Verbal Communication - The impact on the horses  of tone and volume when talking and how tone and voice impact humans

Non verbal Communication - How the horses react to your body language when you are engaging with them, how body language impacts other people around you

Responses -  How the horses respond to situations and learning about your own  response

Emotional regulation - Learning where in your body emotions arise , the impact on behaviour and the horses reaction
