Why Horses are the Best Teachers

• Horses are  non verbal and are not judgemental

• To survive in the wild fight or flight horses have to be  authentic, horses are present, they  listen to their bodies and the inner senses - energy in motion, emotion - in order to survive.

• Horses can help humans to be authentic by teaching us to listen to , and understand our bodies and inner senses

• Horses as animals that are preyed on have to be 100% authentic to survive, they use their inner senses to respond to situations in a positive way

• Horses have a wide perspective as the eyes on the side of their head enable them to have 320 degree vision.

• Horses hearts are bigger than there brains, whereas humans brains are bigger than their hearts

• The heart is the biggest producer of electro magnetic fields, horses large electromagnetic fields enable them to be sensitive other beings energy.​

• Horses use the reptilian part of their brain which is responsible for the senses in the body (warmth, safety, food etc), it is the part of the brain that controls instinct

• Horses uses all sensory awareness - Horses are acoustical, they are tuned into vibration, smell, sound, sight, gut feelings, energy to respond to situations, Humans are more right and wrong and tend to react rather than respond 

• Horses have to be present to survive in the wild - horses are present and authentic. Humans process the past and future by thinking and hide behind conditioned thinking.

• As the Hunter humans have moved away from using this part of the brain and the neo cortex thinking part of the brain has got larger - humans therefore spend more time processing emotions (thinking about past and future) than listening to instinct

• Horses listen to their energy in motions ( E motions) and respond to it, humans have been taught/conditioned to ignore emotions rather than sense and respond.

• Horses lead us in being authentic in the way that they read the energy of the environment and respond
